Downtown Ely, possibly the most remote real town in Nevada.

The Walk of Fame outside the Hotel Nevada.  Ely used to be a hangout for Hollywood glitterati back in the olden days.  Now apparently the stars are ice hazards.

Two of those legal Nevada brothels you may have heard about. The Green Lantern appeared to be closed when I was there, perhaps DC Comics brought legal action.

I took this picture because of the "Biker Friendly" tab on top of the billboard, which strikes me as rather redundant.  Would it be very wise to be unfriendly to bikers?
