A nice retro gas station that avoided demolition all the way into 2002. Such is its charm that the apartment complex currently being built on the site will be named after it (note the sign on the left side of the picture)

The sign will be stuck incongruously in front of the apartment building. Nice that it's being preserved, I guess, but I think they should have kept one of the pumps as well, for a little more context.
